PRIVATE EVENTS | FOOD TRUCK | CATERING


BEFORE MAKING AN INQUIRY FOR ANY PRIVATE EVENT, TRUCK EVENT OR CATERING ORDER, PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW.  


The Baby Bourbon's Food Truck operates with food & beverage minimums for all events. Below each is outlined dependent on the day and time of the event.

FOOD TRUCK EVENT FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS

-Weekday afternoon minimum $2K minimum (M-Th 12pm-3pm)
 -Weeknight minimum $3K minimum (M-Th 4pm - 7pm)
 -Friday & Saturday afternoon minimum $3k minimum (12pm-3pm)
 -Friday & Saturday night minimum in $4,500 (4pm-10pm)
 -Sunday afternoon minimum $3,500 minimum (11am-3pm)
 -Sunday evenings minimum is $4k (4pm-8pm)

In addition to all the minimums, there is a standard flat rate $500 truck charge that assists with the the costs associated with supplies, propane, travel and labor. 20% gratuity will also be included for the team cooking & serving on the truck.

Our basic menu start sat $40 per person and we are currently exclusively offering our Taco Truck Menu and our Burger Truck Menu.  Guests visit the truck directly to order and pickup their food.  All truck events last for a three hour period, including setup and breakdown.  


PRIVATE EVENTS & GROUP RESERVATIONS 

Our LOUNGE  is a casual semi-private space consists of various sized tables that are arranged on the perimeter and allows for space to mingle in the middle of the room. The Lounge seats up to 20 guests that can be reserved for small groups looking for a sit down dinner or a cocktail style event. To reserve the Lounge on a weeknight there is $1,500 food and beverage minimum, before tax and gratuity. To reserve the Lounge on a weekend night there is a $2,500 food and beverage minimum before tax and gratuity. This would give you the semi-private space for the evening. 

To reserve a table in our DINING ROOM for a group of up to 10 guests on a weeknight, there is a $500 food and beverage minimum, before tax and 20% gratuity.  

To reserve a table in our DINING ROOM for up to 15 guests on a weeknight, there is a $750 food and beverage minimum, before tax and 20% gratuity.

To reserve a table in our DINING ROOM for a group of up to 10 guests on a weekend night, there is a $750 food and beverage minimum, before tax and 20% gratuity.  

To reserve a table in our DINING ROOM for a group of up to 15 guests on a weekend night, there is a $1,000 food and beverage minimum, before tax and 20% gratuity.
